By far the best hotel experience my wife and I ever had. From the moment you check in to the moment you check out the staff was extremely friendly, accommodating, and attentive to your needs. The rooms are phenomenal and spacious. We stayed in a garden room with the ability to go on the patio. Every detail in the room was perfect and made you feel at home. The bed and sheets were really comfortable. The Kyoto cafe breakfast buffet was fresh and tasted great with Japanese and American options. The communal spaces throughout the hotel were also extremely cozy with Japanese decor and were thought out. This hotel was one of the highlights of our trip and we are grateful for all the help from the staff for helping with restaurant reservations and taxis.

I rarely write reviews but our experience was so phenomenal that it warrants a few notes. The location is fantastic - nestled in the foothills near temples and a popular historic shopping area. The rooms are luxurious and spotless with amenities galore. And the food - do the afternoon tea! - was as delicious as it was beautiful. But it’s the people who make this place really special. Shout out to Ivan and Sena whose fantastic recommendations made our stay particularly memorable.

I just had a wonderful stay at Park Hyatt in a corner garden terrace room. The hotel is gorgeous—hard product is one of the best I have seen as a Hyatt globalist over nearly a decade. More importantly, hotel staff is excellent!!! In particular, I would like to call out Joyce for going above and beyond! She really helped us a ton and made our stay really memorable.

From check-in to check-out, all team members at Park Hyatt Kyoto were kind, courteous, and attentive during our 4-night stay. We were traveling with a toddler, and they provided everything we needed to pack lighter, including baby toiletries and a humidifier to help our toddler with some congestion. The property is absolutely beautiful with thoughtful touches and a peaceful setting throughout. The rooms are spacious and the blackout curtains were perfect for a great sleeping environment. You cannot ask for a better location in Kyoto. I cannot imagine a more perfect place to have enjoyed our first international trip as a family of three!

If you have the chance, you’ve got to stay here. Not only a phenomenal hotel with the highest grade amenities (definitely take time to visit the private onsen), but the location is the BEST location in Kyoto. Spent each morning walking around the temples and streets of Kyoto to immerse ourselves in the culture of Japan. Loved it.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
