Stayed here for a night - perfect central location. The staff was very accommodating. I had an early arrival, and they allowed me to use the spa so I could shower and freshen up for breakfast before my room was available. The room itself was STUNNING - every detail was luxurious. The bellmen and concierge were very helpful when it came to storing luggage and securing airport transportation. Would love to stay here again!

My stay was nothing short of exceptional. Convenient location adjacent to a shopping mall. Each staff member went above and beyond to ensure a seamless, delightful stay. The breakfast served was another highlight, offering a wide array of delectable choices that made each morning a culinary delight.

We stayed here during fashion week and had a wonderful experience. The housekeeping service was on point with their cleaning and turndown service. The room was always readied while we were out. They brought treats for our daughter, which were so unique. The concierge and bell service were excellent, too. With great recommendations and lots of help. We would definitely recommend Park Hyatt Milan!

We stayed for 2 nights in a junior suite (#210). The suite is spacious, it has one of the biggest bathrooms I've ever seen. Service in the hotel is terrific (this includes the Cupola restaurant, where we had breakfasts). The location is very hard to beat - you are near the Duomo and everything else in the center. But there is a catch. If you end up on the corner of the building closest to Duomo, there will be nightly garbage collection from the local restaurants and I suspect some surroundings RIGHT UNDER THE HOTEL (see the pictures attached to this post). First they drag all the garbage in the roller bins from after midnight to maybe 3am. Yes, roller bins on nice Milanese paving stones - they make nice and loud noises. Then garbage trucks are coming around 6am. To make it more harder for everyone, they drop off garbage into a huge heap (think of a human height heap). So the garbage guys load the truck MANUALLY. They do terrific job by picking up all of that in about an hour. Garbage truck makes nice noises during all that hour. So if you ended up unlucky to get a room with a view from the attached pictures - first ask the reception to change it. If the hotel is full, your options are pretty much either ear plugs or getting seriously drunk... Given that the street view from the hotel is far from being inspiring, I really recommend booking the rooms overlooking the internal atrium - at least there will be no noise (and the view won't be much different).

Phenomenal service and attention to detail. Rooms are pleasant and they provide plenty of water :) Location obviously cant be beaten since this is located directly in the center of the city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
