Great location. Comfortable stay. Felt like home. Rooms were spacious, comfortable. They have one of the greatest view as well. If you are interested with skyline and city lights. Great natural lighting as well. Service was really good. From checking in to checking out. The crew has been nothing less but attentive and friendly.

4th park Hyatt I’ve been to. Amazing service, views and staff. Breakfast is good and so is in room food service. Right next to train station for convenience. Starfield mall is very close too. They have nice pack play for kids with gifts for little kids too. I’ll be back here when I’m in Seoul again

On a scale of 1-5, the property itself worths 3.5 stars but the service we received deserves 10 ( yes, it was that good). After our first night here, we weren’t happy with so many things: the robes offered weren’t in the best quality, it was a pain to transfer elevators every time when you get in and out of the hotel, the room wasn’t as specious as we expected, and the hardwares weren’t as modern as the Grand Hyatt Jeju which was the hotel we stayed at prior to this one. However, this feeling quickly took a turn after we continuously received the excellent services from the entire team here. Thank you to the concierge team who patiently provided detailed information to my inquiries and timely responses to my reservation/appointment requests which made our visit in Seoul easy and enjoyable; thank you to the house keeping team for making our room tidy and neat everyday so we had a spotless and well organized room to come back to after a long day; thank you to the park club team for the comfortable and relaxing spa treatment that definitely hit the reset button; finally and most importantly, special thanks to Mr. Peter Park for the heartwarming smile(easily distinguished from the professional smiles), genuine hospitality, and awesome services that not only gave us a great hotel stay experience but also left us with a wonderful memory of our trip to Korea. He would be the main reason for us to choose this hotel again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
