Good service, unparalleled view, and beautiful setting for the breakfast buffet (wide selection of delicious western and Chinese dishes too). We stayed a couple nights here. Booked standard room but very thankful for the Globalist upgrade to a much better view of the towers in the financial district and the river bend. All our needs were met (except a second coffee request 10 minutes before breakfast ended was forgotten but no big deal). We never felt rushed. All the staff were friendly and helpful.

Located in the Shanghai World Financial Center, this beautiful and modern hotel is a stone's throw away from many shops, restaurants, and attractions. The staff were friendly. The rooms were big, clean, and beautiful. And the infinity pool and spa were impressive. Our room had a gorgeous view of the TV tower and the river as well. Highly recommended!

For my birthday, they unexpectedly and generously upgraded me to a 130sqm suite. Very much appreciated the kind gesture. Service at the reception was excellent,. But I had to take a star off for the poor breakfast service -- the food quality is the worst at all Park Hyatt we have stayed at. Really need improvement on that front. The restaurant next to the lobby is excellent -- especially the shrimp noodle.

Poor experience! Impossible to find someone decent in English in the phone and even worst when I arrived, they just gave me the key and enjoy! Pathetic that in probably one of top3 hotels more expensive in the city just give you the key they charge a deposit of 5000 and goodbye. Didn’t inform about anything in the hotel… thanks park Hyatt for this “awesome” experience. Better you go to another hotel and you just get a cocktail in the bar to get the views, for sure are better than in the room!

We stayed for two nights at Park Hyatt Shanghai, which is also our first Park Hyatt experience. Our expectations are very high given the reputation, the price and it being the second highest hotel in Shanghai. With that said, I may be a bit harsh on my review. What’s great: - view is impeccable and we got upgraded to the pearl tower view room, I totally forgot to take a night view but wow, it feels so futuristic! - bed is so spacious and comfortable - the rain shower is powerful and makes you feel like you are immersed in a real rain shower (but in a nice way) - there is a separate room for toilet and the Japanese style toilet is very nice - convenient location, walkable to pearl tower, ferry, aquarium, etc. What’s not so great: - breakfast is underwhelming and expensive (about $30/pp) - the spa is actually converted from hotel rooms instead is having its designated spa lounge, so you would have to wait first by the swimming pool, get a massage by walking across the hall to a guest room, get changed there, then walk back to the pool area for some snacks and tea. The massage itself is great, but the experience overall feels scattered and not private enough.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
