The best ever! Incredible service and large perfect rooms. The most elegant, original, and perfect design. From the rooms to hallways and an unbelievable spa. Don’t listen to what anything negative anyone says, it’s the best if you want a unique hotel with insanely elegant design and fab service. Will never forget.

Had been dreaming to stay a night here and had the chance as we celebrated my friends birthday. The staff were welcoming, warm and so helpful. The room was grand and comfortable and smelled like a dream. We had the opportunity to use a suite upgrade certificate and so glad we did. We were placed in the Park Suite King. Aesop amenities for the bathroom. Stocked bar and snacks (for a charge of course) but added to the atmosphere. The hotel is starting revocations and excited to return to see the hotel reborn. Also had dinner at New York Grill with amazing views and food.

1st when my partner an I arrived they half checked us OUTSIDE. I don’t know why. We left because we had to go shopping. 2nd when we got here finally they did not escort us or guided us to the check in desk which was in the 41st floor hidden in the back of two restaurants and bookshelfs. Front desk personnel was nice. The room was on the smoking floor and just around the corner. The inside of the room was outdated with stained carpets. The heating took an hour. And they didn’t even provide lotion or enough shampoo for two adults. I had my jacket EXPRESSED cleaned and house keeping was giving me an attitude about the time. I’m paying 50% more for express. It’s late so we order take out. Again the lobby is inside a maze on the 41st floor and refused the food to be delivered. The baths room has bad ventilation so when you shower the whole room starts to sweat and drip water. The shower itself has slow draining meaning your feel will be in dirty water. THE WATER IS EXTREMELY HOT i got burned I’m pretty sure I will have blisters tomorrow morning. All the knobs are so old they are yellow and the shower has a metallic baskets that have rust. We’re paying over $800 USD and outside of the bidet nothing was luxurious. DONT RECOMMENDED SAVE YOUR MONEY. CHECK OUT THE W INSTEAD or a Marriott luxury

It's a fantastic hotel and well worth the experience of watching the sun set behind Mt Fuji. The rooms are very generous in size and as lux as you'd expect! Service is absolutely impeccable. The only downside is the location in the corporate side of Shinjuku - it's a bit too quiet at night and all the restaurants/bars/clubs are a fair walk away. Having said that, the New York Bar at the top of the hotel more than makes up for it!!

I had such a great stay here. The Club on the Park was world-class. Couldn’t think of better hotel accommodations after a long flight. Not my favorite location, but the hotel was good enough for me to not want to leave.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
