Welcome - very well greeted by two ladies at the reception. Location - Yas island Rooms - The rooms are of decent size, very modern, with all basic amenities. The view from the sea view room is phenomenal. Food - Breakfast had a good spread considering the price of the stay. Amenities - The hotel has a pool, + one can access the pool and all facilities at neighboring raidsson hotel including pool was a big plus. The hotel has sports arena & a spa. They also give you free passes to the beach. Overall - A nice little hotel with lots of character and lovely people.

Rooms were very nice. But I had booked a single room with two beds and when we arrived at the hot hotel. They put us in a room with one king bed. And to fix this they stuffed a single mattress (absolutely not comfortable) that was in a hallway closet into the room and called it good... And the gentleman at the front desk was not easy to deal with we wound up just staying in the room because we were getting very frustrated with him. But on the other hand they had an awesome breakfast buffet

Had a 5 star experience. Appreciate the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, right from check in, service and checkout. They also helped with information on getting around. The breakfast buffet was also good. As a vegetarian options were decent. I would this hotel to anyone who is visiting Yas Island.

This property doesn’t provide water to the guests and asking for water isn’t a good idea at this radisson I had a booking at the hotel on the 1st and we forgot our passport at Dubai and we were informed that the check in wouldn’t be possible as we don’t have the hard copies of the passport and we completely understood it and informed the receptionist that we would not want to proceed with the booking . Before leaving the property we had requested for a glass of water and we were denied by the receptionist and he told us we will get water only in the room . I don’t think any of the properties across the world have this policy. I have visited multiple hotels and countries and have never got such a response and also request the receptionist to be more welcoming and have a smile on the face when he meets customers irrespective of them staying at hotel .

A great hotel!! Honestly, it deserves a good review! So it's not a five-star hotel, yet surprisingly, a five-star service!!! We went for 2 days as we landed there, so we decided to stay here prior to moving to Dubai.. Rooms good, service excellent, loads of facilities and services available.. Wasn't expecting the high standard.. Definitely recommend..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
