The hotel is right across from the Brussels Midi train station. There is a metro and a tram in the immediate vicinity. Since it is a large traffic junction, it is also a gathering place for drug addicts, beggars and the homeless. So it's a bit of an awkward environment. The hotel itself is nicely decorated. You can register online, so getting the keys at the reception is very quick. In the corridors, you can see the consequences of numerous guests (including holes and stains from possible vomiting and other things). The room was spacious and extremely comfortable. The air conditioner works well. Towels and accessories in the bathroom were changed regularly. The shower is large and the water pressure is good. The water temperature is limited so that a very hot shower is not possible. Unfortunately, the room does not have a fridge, which is not the best thing during the heat stroke in Brussels. The TV had 69 channels programmed, of which half worked. Of that half, most were in the official languages of Belgium, which does not really give foreigners the opportunity to watch TV programs. It was pointed out that you can connect to your devices via Chromecast, but it didn't work for me either via laptop or mobile phone. I would especially like to highlight the very dynamic and positive lady from Portugal who worked at breakfast every morning. She was always extremely kind, she communicated with the guests and made you feel very welcome. The breakfast was varied and plentiful.

Great location next to the Eurostar terminal in Brussels. Great sized rooms, nice and quiet and a lovely little gym. The breakfast was great too.

It was just okay, room was a little too dirty for 4-star hotel. TV was not working properly (old software), AC in the room, breakfast good, but very expensive. Area where the hotel is located is near the Midi station. It seems not to be very safe for the foreigners. Entrance to the hotel is closed during the night and requires card which is good. Food and alcohol from the bar is fine as well.

One of the worsts ever experience I have had in my life, my booking was a superior twin room, the hotel said that they have no available twin rooms, and they offered only a standard twin room! I requested them to give me the standard room and then I will pay for another standard room, but they insisted to charge me the price of 1 superior room + 1 standard rooms. I requested to cancel my booking as they did not provide my request but they refused. To be honest, this hotel managements is not professional at all, and I have never thought that I will experience such incident at country like Belgium!! I waited for almost two hours at the reception to be able to check in, and then they cancel my booking to blook me from writing a review of theirs terribly service. In addition, the rooms were dirty and not clean, the AC is not good, no enough light in the room, it's little bit noisy.

The rooms were cleaned but there were many stains on the floor and the wall that probably have been there for very long and cannot really be cleaned, that made the experience pretty cheap. The hallway smelled like bad disinfectant the whole time. The rooms were extremely cold! Overall, fine for a quick stay as its close to the station,but would not recommend it for a longer vacation.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
