At first it felt like a standard business hotel but that does not do the place justice. They made me and my family feel so welcome and at home. The staff are amazingly friendly and a lot of fun. They all enjoyed making jokes with my 5 year old daughter. The desk staff can help with almost anything, great advice and again super friendly. Also the security guys at the front gate a good for a laugh. We had a late flight out so the manager offered us a late check out on the house. Thanks again if you read this you made our last day/ night very relaxed. I cannot praise the place enough, if I am back in Nairobi I would head here directly. Oh and the area is great a lot of cool restaurants in the area with a lot of life in the day time. Great place to explore Nairobi form. .

I was here for a 2 day workshop that we were running for our clients. It's the first time I used this hotel for such. Overall I was very impressed with the service the meeting room the facilities on offer and the snacks served. It's a great place and I will definitely be using them again for my future workshops. We had a rooftop cocktail at the close of the workshop and this too was a great experience. The views of Nairobi are fantastic the atmospheric atmosphere is great and once again the cocktail snacks are excellent and very generous. Our Clients loved the venue. My only challenge is that the location can prove to be tricky and conjested when accessing and leaving the hotel but apart from this a great place to stay or host.

Beautiful ambience. Loved the Christmas buffet I felt spoilt for choices. The staff were very friendly and thorough explanation of the meals. Big up to Mgr Roy and Chef Emmanuel. Definitely will come back with my family

Great stay at the hotel! Staff was quite nice and the hotel is clean! Nina stood out for me, she was such a good help on a daily basis, cleaning my room impeccably, supplying me with complementary products (toothpaste) and reminding me to take breakfast!! She was such a joy of a presence representative of the staff as a whole. (Room 703) I recommend

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
