Great hotel stayed a few times when on training courses, great staff, decent prices at the bar foods very good with a ok selection. Breakfast is amazing. Great location right near high street in Peterborough

Despite booking directly with their website I had not received the room I wanted. We stayed in Park Inn hotel in Peterborough to attend a gala event and we wanted to have a bit of luxury so decided between us to pay for the junior suite as it looked perfect for our needs however when we got to the reception we were told that the room was unavailable and we had to go with the smaller double bed. I was disappointed however we had a nice stay and the event went well. I do feel that the bar prices are expensive and it puts me off from attending a weekly event hosted there by one of our friends since even non-alcoholic drinks are very steep in this place. Luckily there is an Asda opposite this hotel meaning I was able to visit there to get what I wanted. We have stayed here a few times and it's okay but for the price we paid we can't stay here for long but it does have good connections to public transportation such as the bus in Queensland shopping centre to the Peterborough train station. Their breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the food there.

The hotel is basic but what was expected, also location was right by an arterial road (noisy at night with sirens etc) however expected, some of the rudest staff I've encountered! Desk check-in was good, brief but friendly. However the lady on the breakfast was horrendous. No welcome on arrival other than to shout MOVE. On enquiry I was standing in her light and she couldn't see the check in sheet....then proceed to tell me I was breaking the law by looking at the sheet she was pointing to 🤷🏼‍♂️. Later to be forced to MOVE again as we had finished eating and only drinking coffee at the end of breakfast. Thankfully the rest of the staff prevented a 1*.

Chose the hotel because of its proximity to the station. When we returned from London and checked in (around midnight) we’d been given someone else’s room and as we went in, they were just getting changed for bed! When we did get our own room, it was really nice.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
