        DO NOT STAY HERE!!! One of many disputes I have filed since we arrived and were forced to stand on the street and wait to get inside because nobody contacted us back. I stayed here so if they try to say “nobody under that name stayed here” thats pretty funny because it’s on my credit card statement. When we arrived, we were not informed of any codes or keys to get inside the building. We stood outside for 15 minutes waiting for direction, as 28 year old young ladies on our own with all our belongings. Upon arrival into the apartment, we were surprised to see the apartment is completely different than pictured. A completely different accommodation all together. Photos are all attached. We went into the bathroom to shower, but not surprisingly the water does not get hot. We used the restroom and tried to flush; and of course to our surprise, the toilet does not flush or work properly. We received the wrong wifi, as well as a television that does not work correctly. To add insult to injury, we arrived home from dinner at 11:00pm. The lock did not open the door to enter the building so we were standing on the street. We called the contact number and they told us they would call us back, as two young 28 year old girls stand on the street in the middle of a city they have never been to, late, and alone. They had us ring all the other flats to let us in. The residents who answered were woken up at 11pm and furious they had to go downstairs to let us in so late. They yelled at us over the phone. Then they told us that they had the same problem with the lock the last few days and couldn’t get in. Fast forward to 11:30pm. We receive a phone call, asking us to wake up and go downstairs to let in other residents who also could not get into the building. I would like to add Jeremiah, our courier, was trying to be helpful, but could not get in contact with the management office. It is really very dangerous you are putting people in these situations. Especially young ladies. I tried contacting Park Lane Apartments directly, and they never once answered a call. There is a possibility this management company is fraudulent, as you will never see them or get to speak with them.

        House manager was at the apartment on time. Helped with the luggages, and was pleasant & helpful throughout our stay. Showed us ard the unit — good size for a young family of 6. He then demonstated the assembly / beddings for sofa bed. Sofa bed comfortable and suitable enough for an adult + a child. Kitchen had sufficient amenities; coffee, tea, sugar, black pepper but no salt. Basic pots & pans, utensils, washing machine & dish washer. Requested for baby cot & chair during booking but didn’t find any during check-in, so house manager dropped them off the following day. Heating for winter is fair. Thermostat is not sensitive, requires a little toggling to get it right. Windows can be opened for fresh air. BUT — House condition is battered and very old. Floor tiles broken especially in toilet & kitchen - house manager acknowledged the broken pieces. Very dangerous to step on. It was presented just bare tiles, so we had to lay bath mats to avoid injuries & accidents especially on children. Windows are cracked - the big piece of glass had a massive crack and was held together only with cellophane tape - dangerous. The condition of the window was acknowledged by house manager, but no resolve. Water heating / pressure absolutely appalling. Can’t get a good satisfying shower at all for 2-3 mins without sudden change in temperature. Dangerous - had to fully supervised children in shower. Water pressure is SO bad. House manager came after complaining to him, and wanted to explain abt the mixer. He let the water run and said the volume & pressure is “normal” when it is clearly NOT. Sink in master bedroom is stuck. No house keeping AT ALL for 5 nights. No cleaning / change of sheets. Had to ask for more bath mats / toiletries. Complained abt ZERO housekeeping and house manager said management decision especially during christmas no worker — although we paid for christmas / peak period nightly rate. The final nail in the coffin — Found RAT/MOUSE in the kitchen area one night and immediately phoned the manager. At first he asked me how it had gotten there, and I was told that he should know better and not me as he is the manager. Then he said that he had forgotten to tell us to not open kitchen windows — and further mentioned that those RATS can and do climb up to 3rd floor. In conclusion, even though the house manager attended to us - as an employee, he did his best to “appease” us but the condition of the apartment itself is so bad that we DO NOT recommend it and will NOT book Park Lane apartments especially at this Crawford Place in the future.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
