        Scam and bed bugs When we arrived in front of the building where we had a booking, they told us to go to another building. It was already the evening, we had no choice. The appartment in the new building didn't have enough beds. They did not care. During the night, we discovered that the rooms were filled with bed bugs. They refused to do anything. They tried to gaslight us into thinking the new appartment was better. They were disrespectful and unreliable. We lost 2000 euros.

        It was an old apartment having low lights, loose wooden tiles, health faucet not working properly. Curtains had no lining so sun light would lite up the rooms early morning then we had to manage somehow to sleep Don't expect anything fancy. Even basic amenities like slippers. They have not mentioned how often cleaning services are done. I got 1 free cleaning service in my stay of 5 days. They kept the lifts OUT OF SERVICE on Saturdays and Sundays after 5pm. After raising a complain to manager he just argued. It was just the location which was good.

        Absolute frauds!! we paid for 4 bhk apartment having 2.5 bathrooms and we were given completely different apartment with 2 bathrooms. The apartments are nothing as shown in the photographs. The dishwasher, water heater doesn't work. The customer service team never answers any calls or respond to any emails. There was no housekeeping or any cleaning service either. Dont fall for this trap. Absolute scam!!

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
