My stay at this hotel in Vegas was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with impeccable service and hospitality. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met throughout my stay. The room itself was luxurious and well-appointed, offering breathtaking views of the Vegas skyline. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and spacious bathroom, which made for a truly relaxing experience. The hotel's amenities were also top-notch, including the pool area, fitness center, and on-site dining options. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to all of the excitement and attractions that Vegas has to offer. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better stay, and I can't wait to return to this wonderful hotel in the future!

First, I like the non-smoking aspect of this hotel/casino. The check in process was quick and easy. The room's generous size was surprisingly, offering ample space to unwind and move around comfortably, a rare find in many hotels. The super comfortable bed provided a restful night's sleep. The vibrant red couch injected a pop of color into the space, adding both character and a sense of warmth. They became focal points, inviting relaxation and a cozy ambiance. In summary, this hotel room goes beyond the basics, combining cleanliness, comfort, and nice decor like the vibrant furniture..not to mention the free toothbrushes! Downside was the elevators took forever to arrive. I feel like a few elevators were not operational. I don’t like it when hotels place snacks/drinks for charge where it is super easy to knock over and get charged.

Nice clean casino with no smoking. In the room, the carpet is gross. The leather on the chair was worn off in spots. The phone app to unlock the room only worked for about half an hour, which meant I couldn't get the elevator to take me to my room. I wore flip flops to walk around the room because the carpet was not only very worn out, but it also felt kind of greasy. Some of the worst hotel pillows and the mattress probably needed to changed out a few years ago. The bedding was clean and housekeeping did a great job in tidying up the room. I wish I knew how they get their mirrors so perfectly clean. While I don't want to stay there again, I was grateful for a clean bed to sleep in after a long day at conferences. The view was really nice too.

I would give this location a higher rating except our check in process was horrible. We went to the VIP desk since we are Gold members, and went to check in and get key cards. They wrote down our floor and room number, made 2 cards and sent us on our way. We gather our luggage and head to the elevator. We get on, neither key works in the elevator. We ride the elevator until we can get off and go back down. We then go back to the VIP desk, they read the floor and room number and say, oh that's the wrong floor and scratch the previous number and write another. We then go back to the elevator, the key card works, then get to our room, the key card doesn't work at our room. Keep in mind we are hauling our luggage the entire time. So we go back down the VIP, I am not very happy and pleased with this scenario. I asked to speak with a manager, that was denied and the gentleman asked why. I explained my situation and how this was my third trip to this desk to just get a floor and room number and a key card that matches. There were no apologies, no offer to compensate my time, nothing. He just said I was given the wrong floor and room number and gave me new cards. How does that happen!? They are reading it off a computer screen! How hard is it to read two numbers and write them down!? The room was nice, the heater worked well, the room was fully stocked and well placed. I would suggest checking in with their app if you stay here.

I attended a concert at Dolby Live and this is the best place to stay for this venue. There is an entrance into the event center from the inside of the hotel near the casino. The staff were really friendly and helpful at check-in. The hotel offers three separate elevators depending on how high up your room is located. This made it easy to get back and forth without waiting long for the elevator. The rooms were decorated nicely. The bed was soft, and everything appeared clean. The bathroom was a little small but manageable. The only drawback to the hotel room and hotel as a whole is that they have no refrigerator or microwave in the room or located in the hotel for usage. We had food leftover from visiting a restaurant and had no way to warm it up. For this price point, not having a refrigerator or microwave is unacceptable.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
