We rented a loft as the photos online looked really nice. We were staying in Santiago a week so I wanted to have a kitchen to prepare small meals. Firstly, the loft was clean and the view was great. The furniture downstairs is useless and it’s more comfortable sitting on the floor. Don’t think anyone will be sleeping on the couch downstairs. The “kitchen” lacked a spatula and the basic necessities needed to cook anything. The A/C is downstairs and as physics taught us in elementary school, heat rises and cold air sinks.. this means your living room will be 15 degrees while you sweat in bed upstairs at 30+. Overall i would look for a different place. The homeless encampment permanently fixed in the door way is not a good look. The staff that greeted us was fantastic and spoke great English.

Excellent location in the center of Santiago. Lots of shops nearby. Claudio presented with excellent customer service. We had the loft room and it was good. They provided us with a complimentary boxed breakfast.

The place is very clean and is comfortable but there are some things that you can not do at the hotel, like go to the pool, it's blocked, they sell the apartment like you can swim, but you can't. That say that you can have a wonderful view at the top of the hotel, but you can't go there too, it's blocked too. The breakfast you receive every 6:00PM in your room, and every day is the same thing.

Rooms at the Park Plaza have a nice loft layout that feels really confortable, while being located really well in the city centre. The kitchen has the bare minimum for you to cook a meal, so don't expect to cook gourmet dishes while there. At least it has a nice oven, so frozen pizza is an option. The bathroom looks and feels quite dated and belated up, needs renovating. Same with the floating floor, it is falling apart at some areas. Staff is friendly and fast. I would stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
