Excellent choice to stay in Santiago, the room was clean, the staff in the reception was very helpful but the staff in the waiter's service was very rude and arrogant. It's very close to the city centre. They do not have a swimming pool or gum, so do not trust the photos. Also, they try to charge you for everything.

Called the Hotel 12/23/19 to check availability, was quoted a price. Booked the hotel. Arrived at the hotel, checked in. Asked to see the room, small outdated room. Asked reservations if we could update the room. They let us view a couple of different rooms. Selected an updated room at the additional cost of $23 per night. Things were fine the first two nights. Everyone was pleasant, food was good in the restaurant. Hostess very accommodating. By the third day, started having difficulty with the toilet. Constantly calling front desk. They asked if we wanted to change rooms, which we agreed to change. The selections that we were presented with were atrocious. Very outdated, NO A/C, dirty rooms or stay in our room without a functioning toilet. We moved, and to make matters worst, at check out we were charged the additional cost of the updated room. When we questioned it, they said that was the cost of the room. They were adamant. Most hotels offer guest better rooms when something goes wrong with their room, clearly this was not the case.

A quaint hotel in the CBD area of Providencia. Close to the shops and sky tour. The hotel looks like it’s old worldly with its cedar wood and furniture. Staff greeted us warmly and we were checked in easily. The hotel has an indoor pool, a gym and a sauna and a few business rooms. Rooms were quite big, complete with a desk, safe, mini bar and television. The room had beauty products and a hair dryer. The housekeeping was super nice and left us chocolates each day. We liked that we received a welcome drink. The dinner buffet was excellent and had good value and variety, however it was hard to get served. There were enough staff but not managed well, they seemed to never be doing the necessary thing. Breakfast focused on quantity rather than quality. We recommend some higher quality brands and don’t burn the eggs. We found that the concierge was super helpful.

Good service. Rooms were comfortable, but needs an update. Lamp shades were missing from the lamps and some were old and discolored. Food was good at the restaurant. Front desk is not too personal, not very accommodating.

Old Fashion Style and old fashion inside. The room carpets are looking dirty, the bath has some corners I will not miss. I would say that everything should renewed. Breakfast and Location are ok. The whole stuff never smiles in the morning or evening. I will stay next time in another hotel...

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
