The Rooms were great, the reception staff Lin was very sweet and accommodative. The location was idea near a metro and easy taxis available just outside. Very many quality restaurants at accessible distances. the only issue I had with the hotel was its breakfast, it was very limited and lacked variety. Bangkok being such a multi-cultural tourist center, the food was very average.

Room was spacious and the bathroom had a very nice bath tub. TV is modern with Netflix etc. In general it’s a bit worn out but not too bad. Biggest issues were 1) extremely noicy AC, need ear plugs 2) poor selection of vegan/vegetarian options for breakfast. Staff was very friendly, but not sure if they knew Radisson Rewards system.

We really appreciated the hotel is located near by the metro. Since first step into the hotel we've got great and warm, professional Welcome and service 🙂 Room was cozy, modern with enough space and nice view. Swimming pool on the rooftop is great. Prices little bit higher, but there are some discounts 🙃. Only few thinks we recommand to fix. Shower door sealing, Tv modernisation, possibility of opening small window to the street. Thanks for pleasure stay. See you next time.

I stay here regularly when I visit Bangkok. The location is excellent, close to BTS and MRT. Rooms are spacious and comfortable with decent WiFi and modern TV with Netflix. Breakfast is excellent as is room service. The hotel's best feature is the highly trained staff. Always a warm welcome at the front desk, always helpful and efficient. Everyone from front door to restaurant to cleaning staff just does their job well.

My first stay in this hotel, overall experience started badly when the room was not ready for check in when I arrived at 2pm, it was delayed almost an hour. I stayed for 5 days and loved the location. I don’t use the facilities or services much, except for the gym which was quite run down. However my improving impression of the hotel really plunged on check out when I was accused of using the minibar for a packet of chips. It has never been our habit of using the minibar when staying in the hotel. It’s really a dampener to the last day of our vacation. This is only a personal opinion, the hotel is in a good location for food, convenience stores. Personally would I return to stay in this hotel? May be, most likely not.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
