The location is one of the advantages of the hotel. It’s a big, well maintained building built in the shape of square, with an inner courtyard. My room on the 4th floor was facing the courtyard, so it is a very quiet ambiance. The room was nice and clean, but the setup of the bathroom is a bit unusual. It is in the room space, separated by the glass doors. The bed is comfortable with good pillows. The breakfast has a decent selection of food The only comment - I wish the variety of cakes or sweet pastries was bigger. Very good bar in the hotel, with great choice of cocktails and friendly barman.

The hotel is charming, with excellent services. We used the U-Bahn to move around ( 4 min walk). We felt the hotel was little too far from everything because, after walking all day, you looking for a place to have a drink or restaurant seem too far out, same for the historical places. Also, since all hotels are pushing to reuse your towels and help the environment, please at least add heated towel racks; damp towels can become breeding grounds for mold.

We had a mixed experience at Park Plaza. The hotel is very well located. Right beside the Märkisches Museum U Bahn and Bus stop, and only 2 stations away from Alexanderplatz, this hotel is perfect as it is away from the city hustle yet super well connected. The room was nice. It was cozy, compact and had all the amenities. The bathroom was great. However, the entire holiday vibe was severely missed. We visited for Christmas and stayed through Christmas Eve to the next day of Christmas, yet there was almost no vibe except for a decorated Christmas tree at the lounge. The hotel is very professional but it didn't touch our hearts.

When I called for room service they passed me to the bar. The bar person picked up and I requested what options did they have for food and the guy replied “I have no idea”. Then I said that the front desk sent me to that phone and that I wanted food for room and he replied “I don’t know why would they do that, I’m alone at the bar”. Then I hang up. I called the front desk again. They said they will call me back with a solution. After a few minutes they called back and said that the guy in the bar was alone and that he couldn’t help me at that point, that I needed to wait one hour for this partner to arrive so that I could actually order something. Next day we tried again. No answer from any of the annexes of the hotel. Not the front desk, not reception, not restaurant, not bar, not housekeeping, not wake up call. So my partner went all the way done to ask for food for the room. They gave him a very limited menu and told him he had to wait there for the food to be prepared as they didn’t have room service. So then he has to wait 45 minutes there for a plate of French fries and a soup of tomato to be able to bring it himself to the room. This is not a 4 star hotel.

Stayed here with my friend while we were on a little vacation from the US. The hotel is beautiful, the room was gorgeous with amazing windows as it’s in a historic building, I think. I was obsessed. The staff was amazing as well

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
