Everything else in the apartment was fine, but we only found sheets on the bed and then spotted one blanket in the wardrobe. Only one medium-sized blanket barely covered two person. I get it's warm in Cairns, but we needed at least two blankets or a lager comforter. To top it off, one of us had to settle for sleeping under a bath towel.

Except the location rest is pretty average. however the worst is the security. It is 3:45am im writing this review. our next door (506A) room brought a couple of people after 12 am and started getting drunk, play music few times and chatting loudly, heavily smoking (a punching smell even when standing in my balcony side). I asked them to stop as it was very disturbing and I needed to sleep to get my flight at 8am. Unfortunately no one from reception is there to complain (it must be 24/7 reception). You pay for a supposedly good accommodation but it is a back packer place it seems. I hope the hotel manager issue a fine for these reckless people. I will pass my feedback to my company travel agency for future travels. Update: it is 5:30am and they still going on

I’m a local and spent Christmas here as a treat to myself. It’s not the best hotel I’ve stayed at in the city but I had everything I needed and the customer service was excellent. The only negatives were that the bed and pillows were uncomfortable, not good at all for someone with a herniated disk, and I could hear a lot from the apartment next to me, but otherwise it was a nice place to chill for a few days.

The hot water in my room is room temperature. The wifi keeps disconnecting and does not work well with iOS. There are no blankets in the room - just sheets. I realize its a warm area, but I’m one of those people who needs a blanket regardless of room temperature. On the plus side, the TV is absolutely massive. I haven’t tried it though. Also, location is good for price. The people at the front desk are nice.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
