The hotel was very poor, the rooms were very small, the three-bed room I got could not be walked in at all, the bathroom was very, very small, the hair dryer was broken, there were no facilities in the room, not even water was in the room every day, there was not even a tea maker. There was no coffee, the breakfast there was extremely bad, the ingredients were of poor quality, in general, it was not good at all. I had a very bad time.

The room is very small that you can barely put your bags around the bed, not even space to walk around the bed. The walls of the room are gypsum board, making you feel that you are not safe. The breakfast is acceptable. Staff at the reception not very helpful. The road walking there from Taksim square is not that safe to pass at night.

From the beginning, you will face a lot of stairs that you have to drag your heavy luggage up and down, then when you enter the hotel, you will be completely shocked because it is not at the level of a three-star hotel. It has a very small elevator that you can get in there by yourself, let alone your luggage and belongings. The room was very small and not well cleaned. The quality of the breakfast was very bad. Only the cleaning of the rooms included putting some shampoo in the bathroom and the sheets were not changed even once. Actually, if you value your personality, time and money, this hotel is definitely not the right place for you.

Vicinity to Taksim square is its highest advantage. Rooms are clean, but my impression from the pictures was that they would be bigger. SUPERIOIR rooms with sea view are too small, so we had to change our rooms to deluxe rooms, with a surcharge, which was a little bit better. On the 6 days we stayed there, we only had breakfast in the hotel once. For that, we had to walk to a nearby hotel where everything was of absolutely low quality that we ate out the remaining days of our stay. They didn't even put drinking water in our room and one early morning when I asked the lobby man to send some water to our room, he said I should wait till 7 am when restaurant would open! Towels, on the other hand, were too old that I hesitated every time. I believe there must be much better options on the same price level. So I suggest taking your time considering other options not to make the same mistake I made.
