A very nice hotel with quality staff. New property and infrastructure. Nice rooms with adequate cleaning service. When we got there we were missing a safe and ironing board. We called reception and the issue was immediately solved. The only suggestion towards the direction would be to open all 3 counters in the lobby at check in/out times as it takes really very long with just 2 receptionists attending to the entire hotel, no matter how qualified they are. The other issue is the lighting in the room and bathroom. It makes it impossible to put make up on. A make up mirror with light would be very welcome. The restaurants, bar, coffee shop are pricey for KL but good quality and tasty

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel. The bath room is too small and smelly. I've complaint about the smell in the bathroom, although the technician came, but still not been fixed. And the shower area is too narrow and small, and there's no door for that area, it makes the floor in the bathroom very wet. There's only one tiny rubbish bin in the room, which is located in the bathroom. So we can only leave rubbish on the desk in the room. And making it very messy. The lounge seat in breakfast dining room (Thyme) is very dirty. You can see food/water mark on it. The best point of this hotel is it's location. Prime location! Overall, in my opinion. it's not value for money. I spent around $150 AUD per night. It's a mid-high price range compare to other hotels. I think I only paid for the location.

My recent stay at Hotel Park Royal was nothing short of fantastic! The ambiance upon entering was inviting and the check-in process was seamless. The room was not only beautifully furnished but also spotlessly clean, providing a serene and comfortable atmosphere. The hotel's attention to detail, especially in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene was truly commendable. The amenities were top-notch. The staff members were incredibly courteous always ready to assist and ensure a pleasant stay. The central location made it convenient to explore nearby attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend for its exceptional service and an overall delightful experience

A modern, sleek and clean hotel. Two nights and I enjoyed the room with the minimum yet modern designs. Bathroom was equipped with good shower and nice toiletries. The only problem was the partial shower screen, a challenge to keep the bathroom dry. Otherwise, great location, walking distance to lotsa of local good food. I found the front desk to be lacking in warm reception and spontaneity. Overall, great hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
