This is how a hotel should be managed. Everything from the moment we stepped into the foyer to the end of our stay was perfect. Check in was easy with very friendly and helpful staff. Our cases were taken to our room and were waiting for us before we'd even finished. Our room was bright, airy and clean. The bed was comfortable and WiFi was excellent. Breakfast was excellent and varied. The food was fresh and of superb quality. You couldn't have asked for more. Staff in the breakfast room were professional, polite and helpful. The hotel is near the train station which gives you the opportunity to explore easily. Darling Harbour offers excellent eateries just across a road. We'd definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my two young children. Very luxurious and beautiful with spacious, clean rooms and friendly staff. The selection of coffee and tea in the rooms was extensive, I also loved the spectacular views. The food was amazing, except for the crispy wings that had an odd chemical taste to them, which was a big disappointment for my son. The jetted tub was fantastic but the water pressure was very slow and it took a long time to fill up. I thought we booked a room with two queen beds, but one of the beds was a pull out sofa. It felt like it had no mattress, you could feel all the springs and supports on it. Staff were more than happy to bring up extra pillows to help us get comfortable, but I think a foam mattress topper would easily solve this issue. I cannot rave enough about the exceptionally helpful staff. Everyone was friendly and so quick to address any of my concerns. I highly recommend staying at this beautiful hotel.

The room was beautiful, we paid a bit extra for the club room and lounge and it was well worth the money. The staff are pleasant and very accommodating. The buffet breakfast is great and very filling. Paying extra for the "club" room and lounge very worth the lounge on floor 9 is beautiful with included good and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).

Stayed here for 4 nights on the club floor so enjoyed the drinks and nibbles in the club lounge. Both the club lounge staff(Helen and Astrida) were so friendly and welcoming. Elizabeth the duty manager was also great in sorting out minor issues with our safe and credit card with a smile. Great service and a great location. Looking forward to our next four night stay from this Saturday coming.

Excellent hotel, staff friendly and helpful. The service in the club lounge was exceptional. The door staff were great with directs and the umbrella when required. The angels of room service were superb. Lovely to have a fresh omelette each morning. Great place to explore Sydney.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
