The checking in process for Park Royal Langkawi was very smooth and we were each given a waterproof wrist tag to open doors to our rooms. The lobby area was very nicely decorated with lots of water features and potted plants. The corridor to our room was very wide and well lit. Our room was large with a very modern shower and toilet. The bed was excellent with firm mattress and pillows and are obviously very clean. The temperature control for the room was very easy to adjust and I could set the temperature that I preferred. The morning breakfast down in the restaurant was very pleasant and we could sit in an area with water feature around us. The choice of breakfast spread was very extensive and we could choose Western, Chinese and local cuisine. Overall, we had a very good stay in Park Royal, Langkawi. It's a 5-star rating from me.

Magnificent. Is the first word I think of to describe this resort. Resort was completely built few years ago but only opened to customers early 2023. Room was very new and clean. Extremely comfy king bed. All facilities were awesome. Wife enjoyed the spa and massage. Ground Pool was modern, big, clean and have a great sea view. Didn’t try the sky pool as I have a 5yo with me. Easy access to beach. Kids club had friendly staffs and plenty of toys and drawing for the kids. Every staff was very friendly. Highlight for us was the breakfast buffet. The variety was amazing and tasted great too. Overall, worth every penny spent here. My daughter had so much fun that she was so sad on her last day. Will definitely be back for sure.

Hotel was lovely. Rooms huge and new. Breakfast spread was very enjoyable. Everything was prepared in a tasty and yet healthy manner. Whole resort is beautifully structured. Very kids friendly with a decent sized kids play area. We paid for a premium sea facing room and the view was beautiful. Check in staff could be better trained though. Stated repeatedly in our online reservation, upon check-in and after waiting till after 3pm when our room was ready, there was still no cot in sight. Housekeeping were v prompt and helpful when we needed back up as our kid fell sick and threw up in room. Overall a good stay and would recommend hotel to anyone looking for a slightly more exclusive resort getaway given the private beach and facilities provided within the resort.

The hotel itself is new. The room is clean and staff is friendly. Food is not bad. However, there is a loud sound coming from ?pump from the bathroom randomly when the lights is switched on. They had helped to arrange for special birthday decoration surprise for my wife (outsourced and I paid extra) but they brought my wife up to the room without waiting for me (I had to re-park our rental car, just before they said I could leave the car in front of the hotel entrance. That ruined the surprise quite a lot. They also missed our spa booking - which was included in the package they advertised (we had to reschedule due to flight delays) although they had replied to the email regarding rescheduling. I travelled with my kids and on the first day I assumed they gave complimentary breakfast as they didn’t ask for extra payment, but apparently it wasn’t and they had me pay extra for it. Would have been better if they had asked during check-in whether I wanted to get extra breakfast for my kids (this was always done when we stayed with Shangri-La). The QR food ordering was not functioning when we tried to order food from poolside and also the room. Overall is not a bad experience as the hotel is new, but I definitely have had better experiences with other hotel brands. Staff should also be trained to be more polite when asking for clarifications.

This review is solely based on the 2 events I attended, so it's focused on the event and food. I've yet to stay here so I hope will have the chance soon The event facilities are new, clean, and modern. Food is sufficiently good, though I would like to wish for more coffee machines especially if its a bigger event. The main cafe / restaurant has a good spread, but the best thing is the pool/water feature designed around the lobby and restaurant gives the surrounding a chic and cozy touch. The hotel has easy access to the beach, and IMHO Pantai Tengah is the best stretch of (public) beach in Langkawi

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
