Really enjoyed our three night stay at the Park Royal. Our room was a decent size with a great bathroom. View not so great as it faced another part of the hotel. Pool was a great asset too with decent views out over Singapore. We didn’t use the spa treatment area but will be back here again in the future. Good breakfast with a decent selection to choose from. Overall a good hotel, great location!

Spacious room, refreshed interior. Service kinda just about average, but deliver the expectation. One thing that bothered was the steps from the drop zone to the lobby where there was no ramp available, could be a challenge if you bring big luggages. Location is great, if you come to visit Singapore to attend events at the National Stadium. Easy access to Changi Airport, with only 1 traffic light along the way.

Held my wedding at park royal on beach road grand ballroom, it was a pleasant experience for the whole 1 year of planning. Highly recommend to get felicia as your wedding coordinator. Accommodating to our requests unlike other park royal Hotel we had considered. The only imperfect point is that the bridal room for weekday Friday banquet was not the suite room. Banquet staffs were also very experience in managing weddings and anticipated our needs, guided us well too.

Best location, just walking distance to Sultan Mosque, Haji Lane, and Kampung Glam. Easy to find halal food, near convenience store. The room is spacious and the bed is big enough for 3 people to sleep. Not a new hotel from the outside, but very well maintained.

Nice hotel, check-in took lot of time, and it seems just their computer system. Rooms nice, just missed some power sockets in case you need to connect multiple items. Great breakfast. Location ideal for me due to office being in adjacent building.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
