The location and the size of the apartments are amazing with a view of the KL tower from ours and the roof top pool with a view of the petronas towers and city. The staff are welcoming and friendly with great hospitality and help when you need, having great local knowledge. The door security guys are most helpful and always friendly when you ask where to go for whatever it is you need. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable, spacious and with good facilities. It is walking distance to some of the best food in KL with the streets full of hawker and traditional Malaysian cuisine. The breakfast menu is fantastic with both Asian and western cuisines offered but is busy so get in early. The rooftop pool is clean and with some great views with a hot and cold spa and plenty of sunbeds. As a family of four with two teenagers this was perfect for our stay in KL. Most definitely worth the stay when in KL.

Rooms were generally well equipped but carpets were dirty and stained. TV had no smart functions and was very dated. The TV picture quality for all the channels was terrible as well. The toilet cover was loose and kept dropping when you have to use it. The food had little variety but generally taste okay. The staff who man the egg station during breakfast looked like he didn't want to be there. However, have to commend 1 concierge who attended to our luggage at the hotel entrance when we wer checking out. He was warm and friendly during our checkout as he assisted us with our luggage.

Lovely apartment. The kitchen and equipments have got a little old now and the utensils are also less for a long stay but otherwise a wonderful place to stay and great location. Gym needs to be improved though.

We stayed in a 3-bedroom and really enjoyed being on the top most floor even if the rooms were a bit dated compared to the photos. Reception and even maintenance staff very professional and courteous. The staff who helped to store our bags after checkout asked what time we would come back, and had all our bags ready upon return. Such exceptional service. There was also a complimentary shuttle service to nearby malls that can be booked from the reception desk

Excellent stay. Large functional rooms, great for family’s. Good location close to Bukit Bintang. Awesome pool and roof top views. Bit noisy but that’s a given due to the location.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
