Never booked this hotel, below iron scam reviews I faced the same I charged the 1000 AED, there management try to trap you and try to afraid you by saying calling the police during check out. Never booked this hotel highly recommended and Manager in every steps they try to make money by providing unknowingly paid services to you.

Had very bad experience in this hotel apartment. Some of the appliances is not working. The washroom is a mess. Its look like very old hotel. unmaintained hotel. Room service is poor. Nobody helps us to bring the buggy to bring down the luggae. The amount we paid is cannot even meet the value stay there. Not worth it. and will never again.

Worst place to stay. will not recommend anyone i know. place is trash, not properly cleaned, customer service is the worst. Just a request for an iron will take days to accommodate. Wifi is very slow. Some of the appliances is not working, Carpet is dirty. even the bed is dirty and has very visible stains. We checked in for more than a week but we are not happy with the stay. don't book at this hotel

I'm absolutely baffled how this hotel boasts 4 stars. Desperately in need of a remodel! Apparently an old apartment bldg turned hotel. Rooms are spatious with balcony but otherwise stark barren, funky, rusty metal, and furniture covered without some uncertain bio-film (yuck). Best part though is being within a south asian migrant worker village. Lots of superb Indian restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, all at a reasonable price. And 10 minute walk to subway. This would not really fit a tourist on the classic consumerism trip to Dubai, but it offers a window into the gross inequalities of this city.

Hello Guests, Never ever book this hotel, it’s totally scam when you checked out.They will charged you by saying you break the carpet, cup, glasses is missing blah blah but before checkin it was already burnt by iron and they took from us 500AED, especially there manager try to take in cash and willing to distribute among themselves.Before checkin please check your iron backside else you are in trap

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
