        Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. Room was decent for the price. Very close to Nana Plaza. If you want to enjoy the Bangkok nightlife and sleep during the day. Get room without window. Completely dark and noise proof. Laundry service was a bit pricey. Probably not a hotel for the family. But if you want an inexpensive hotel in the middle of the action. This is the place.

        Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in Thailand (and I’ve been in some bad hotels) it is extremely dated, worn down and falling apart. The location is good but as any budget hotel in this location it’s very noisy. I had to move rooms as my toilet wasn’t working, I was told this would be fixed when I went out for dinner, I came back 3 hours later and the receptionist ‘forgot’ so tried to fix it when I was there. I moved rooms to find mould everywhere in the bathroom, broken plug sockets, light switches that didn’t do anything, bare electrical wiring hanging out of the room mirror and in the wardrobe, a massive open vent above the shower that went straight up to the roof space full of dust with a ominous light inside. The lift is faulty and doesn’t go down to the first floor. The whole place is a shambles

        It's an ok hotel on a busy street. It has tons of shopping within one mile. Dirty old men bars right around the corner and easy access to the metro line. The room was decent although we may have gotten lucky. Some rooms smell of old musk and Smokey. It's a decent budget hotel.

        Absolute sh*t hole. Non smoking rooms reek like ashtrays and mattresses have springs poking through. Dead roaches in the refrigerator and live roaches everywhere else. Horrible decision to stay here. Update: power keeps going out in room.

        Filthy & infested! My 4-night booking was non refundable & I decided to take the hit anyway just b/c I could not see myself staying here at all. And I am not one to complain about anything really but this was just over the top. Front desk tried to offer options but I just had to leave that building.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
