I enjoyed staying here a lot and felt we got a good room for the price. The room was huge with a massive comfy bed and extra pillows. Shower was nice and heated up quickly. The room was nice and warm. The staff were helpful, too. They provided free homemade short bread but we couldn’t eat them as we are vegan. They looked really good though! Plenty of free coffee and tea too. Be warned you can hear if people are noisy in the hallway though. If you’ve got luggage go to the hotel past Howie’s restaurant to avoid the steep hill.

Stayed here for a long weekend. Perfect location in walking distance to most sights. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cozy lobby with fire place. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

We truly enjoyed our stay - the location is perfect, the room is clean, the breakfast is very good the hotel staff are nice. The only thing the hotel can improve on is lack of place in the bathroom to have guests put their own stuff on, just a few shelves will do. Highly recommend.
