For emergency housing I was pleasantly surprised, everything is nice good and well apart from the cockroach problem owners need pest control for that otherwise allgood, oh and also the sheets are all stained up because those commercial washing machines that most places have are horrible at washing clothes.

Was very disappointed. Rooms were in need of updating. Sheets didn't feel clean. Bathroom was very old and crappy. Junk outside building was an eyesore. Staff not could not understand the word 'soap' as their English was very limited. For $150 a night it was very disappointing. Car parking was first in best dressed. Never to stay there again. It is in a good spot but needs a lot of money to make it more comfortable.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The owner was rude and aggressive. We arrived at 1.45pm and was told that check-in isn't until 2pm. We sat in the car and waited and he just sat behind his desk and didn't come and get us at 2pm. We arrived in the room and we were shocked with the state of it, we were tempted to sleep in our car. The room was nothing like the photos. I don't know where the photos were taken. The bed was stained sheets with hairs, the place was dirty and mouldy and the towels were supposed to be white but were discoloured and stained. We didn't really want to touch anything in the place. I would highly recommend you stay somewhere else. We paid $150 for the night and we were ripped off!!!!

This place was filthy!!! Move anything (including the curtains) and find layers upon layers of dirt/dust. The shower door handle was broken so was incredibly hard even trying to get into the shower only to find someone elses hair in there! Was only given one small bar of soap...was this meant for the shower or hand basin as I wouldn't want to use it in both! The bathroom door (a sliding door) didnt even fit the frame so didnt offer any privacy while on the toilet or in the shower! Mattresses stacked everywhere outside, old piles of tiles, cords running everywhere. The whole place is just incredibly run down and unloved. The office is piled in mess and clutter, upon arriving the man didnt even know of my reservation which I had made around 9am online and arrived after 4pm so had to give me a different room to what I had asked for. Utterly disgusting and will never return!!!
