        This was a complete disappointment. From the moment I stepped into the lobby to check-in, I can see it was run down and had not been maintained well in a long time. Check in was chaotic and it was delayed by 2 hours. The sitting area is also run down and uncomfortable. The facilities and amenities are terrible. Service overall is not good, and the staff is unresponsive to issues I bring up. The worst factor was the bad smell in our room which I reported to the front desk, but they were unwilling to address it. Taking the cars from our room to the lobby had excessive wait times and required multiple calls for a car on several occasions. The final issue was by a staff member making excessive noise after midnight by our room. The location is inconvenient, I was willing to deal with this because I was expecting this to be a 4 star resort. This did not feel like a resort at all and is a 2 star.

        The hotel was a let down and I don’t even know where to begin. Firstly on arrival, we weren’t greeted when we were in the lobby, in fact when I went to reception to ask for assistance, the receptionist (who’s name I forgot) told me to wait in an abrupt manner which I found appalling considering I had been travelling for 16 hours and was so tired. Then I saw a notice the next day when I went to breakfast that a welcome drink is given to all guests on arrival which both me and my partner did not receive. Then there is the apartment. The size is good but it comes with a kitchen that has no utensils and a sign saying that you are not allowed to use the hob. Thankfully I didn’t want to cook on my holiday but for those of you that do, please know that the kitchen is nothing more than a display. The drainage system was rubbish because every time me and my partner had a shower, the bathroom almost flooded so we had to wait a bit for the water to go down or be really quick with our showers. When the cleaners came to clean our room, they didn’t actually clean, they only came to make the beds and leave and never replenished the toilet roll and I had to continuously chase and ask for some. Then there is getting to your hotel room. The hotel premise is on a very high hill so they have shuttles that take you from reception. The cars are not safe at all and the staff drive like maniacs so you’re at ever bigger risk of falling out or hurting yourself. Then there is the breakfast. The breakfast was mediocre, and the food was of a poor quality.

        There are many basic amenities missing in the room service, such as an iron, bathrobes, shoes, and a variety of buffet meals. These are things that should not be lacking in five-star resorts. I will definitely not repeat the experience in this resort. Despite the beauty of the place, services are essential and should not be compromised for the sake of cost-saving.

        Thought this would be a great stay as the resort had decent reviews and great pictures. Front desk were not helpful at all and we had to walk up the hill everyday because shuttle was not available. We also got laundry done and it came back dirty not dry cleaned btw they bring it to your local laundromat. We complained they cleaned it and charged us again when they said they wouldn’t charge us. Money hungry hotel staff. Cleaning staff was amazing however and very kind and attentive. Would not recommend to anyone!!!!

        Great venue, dependency on shuttles to go anywhere but not so great service. Venue is great but be prepared to wait for 3 hours to board a shuttle to go to the city or beach or else be prepared to pay for your commute extra. You can’t go anywhere by walk from the resort. - Not fit for elderly people - Not good to walk nearby - Some of the staff members are extremely rude (while others are nice) - Beautiful view from the pool access rooms but you ned more than just view - You get only one key which has thinnest ring with your card, if you lose it, admin hasn’t got the second key. It was my birthday, the key dropped while I was holding the card hotel gave me. They don’t have spare key. The male staff Dealing with me at 1:30 am (approx) was extremely rude, told me to go out, told me I talk too much while I was asking if anyone handed over the key as lost and found. Not T all happy and won’t recommend due to Services. Bathroom stinks and shower and a bit old fashioned bathroom. Not per price you pay here. I wish they could offer better services to match with venue and polite staff to actually under Customer’s problems.
