        Cancelled after 5min because Pool defect (for 3 months already!) w/o any information.. Dangerous for small children, floor 8, windows easy to open. Strange smell inside. Had to pay one night despite of pool misinformation, extremely disappointing! More for business or party people.

        Nice apartment with lively environment. Food seller is everywhere near. Room price is reasonable, mid to low budget traveller. Even get cheaper with monthly rental price. Restaurant is less satisfy because they redecorate room into Restaurant. Laundry is available but it's cheaper to get self service washing machine in front of lobby area.

        a nice place to stay. but there’s no bathroom drain hole so water is easily stuck on the floor surface. housekeeping once a week and they clean up the house well.

        Nice apartment, few small issues towel dirty no cups for coffee or tea and hair down kitchen sink. I'm sure if we had asked they would of sorted it.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
