I walked by it but didn't go in. Looked amazing! I was that kid looking through the bars imagining myself in the cool refreshing water and zipping down the slide! Nope, drank too much the night before so didn't want any accidents. You're welcome everyone there that told me to get lost.

The first noteworthy aspect is the resort's stunning location along the Pattaya Beach. The scenic views of the ocean and the convenience of having direct access to the beach create a relaxing atmosphere. The well-designed pools, surrounded by lush greenery, further contribute to the overall tropical ambiance. The rooms at Pattaya Park Beach Resort are spacious and well-appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploration. The cleanliness and attention to detail in the room maintenance were commendable, ensuring a pleasant and inviting environment for guests. The resort's staff demonstrated a friendly and helpful attitude throughout my stay. From the reception to the dining areas, the service was generally prompt and accommodating. The staff's willingness to assist with inquiries and provide recommendations added a positive touch to the overall experience. On the flip side, the dining options and culinary offerings, while satisfactory, could use some diversification and improvement in quality. The breakfast buffet, while offering a variety of options, lacked the wow factor that one might expect from a four-star resort. Pattaya Park Tower has a 55th-floor observation deck that gives you magnificent panoramic views of the Jomtien Bay. From here, tourists can enjoy a stunning view of the town and Jomtien Bay. The Pattaya Park Tower also offers its visitors many other games, such as Tower Jump, Roller Coaster, and Tower Shot. The view tower is 180 meters high and provides a magnificent view of Pattaya, the Andaman Sea, and Chalong Bay.

No English speaking personal, old rooms, located away from Walking Street and Beach Road. The only attraction nearby is the high tower, on top of the hotel, but you have to purchase it separately.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
