The First room I stayed in had ants (even ended up in bed ),second room I updated to deluxe and there was dung from bugs eating the wood in room on the floor all day everyday . The cleaning ladies did their best ( everything else was cleaned very well) but it was really on hotel management. When I said that I would like a refund ,they said “ this is not a 4 star 5 star hotel”. Which was a blatant lie as the hotel has 4.4 stars on google . The walls are very thin and not insulated. I could here coughing footsteps and people using the bathroom in detail. Everything else was great . Like I said reasonable for price .These things may be over looked by someone with a short term stay buy my stay here was long term . Unsanitary pest issues makes me not recommend this hotel . Note:The picture added was directly after cleaning the dung/ feces. It would pile up very much if I did not ask hotel staff for broom to sweep all day . The only other rooms they has available were incredibly noisy (could hear the person all the way down the hallway next door ) or had twin beds with slugs on walls .

Overall experience stay is great with spacious room. Hotel are strategically located nearby Phuket old town.. walking distance to all attractions area. Would be rating 5 star if WiFi and hot shower is improving !!

We stayed for two nights with some friends. The value for the price is notable when considering the location and room size. However, there is no elevator, and there was no one available to help carry bags to the upper floors.

I spent 3 months in Patra, it was a great stay. The rate is super convenient , the location unbeatable. My room had views over the old town, I loved waking up to this. The room is really well kept and the bed comfortable. Two great points that made Patra even better, the super cool café, quality at really modest prices, and the pool, I loved getting home from work go have my daily swim. The ladies at the reception where helpful when packages or mail arrived. I will always remember my stay in Patra.

What a horrible experience. Staff opened my door early before I checked out, even with a "Do Not Disturb". And when I came to pick up my motorbike they threw my helmet to the ground. Place is old and disgusting. Save yourself the trouble and book somewhere else.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
