We were surprised how nice this place is due to its price. It's so close to everything that you can just walk out to the main street, yet not noisy and still private. We paid about 400 euro for 7 days. Would definitely go back here if I'm in thailand again.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is next to a small night market with some food stalls and close to the main street and the beach - very convenient. Massage salons and restaurants are around the corner. The pool is big and relaxing, the gym (haven’t used it) looks good. For breakfast there is a buffet with salad, fruits, pancakes/French toasts, sausage and beans, Thai food (every day something else), sweets, yogurt and cereals. Enough choice. And you can choose your eggs from the menu. Friendly and helpful staff. I definitely will stay here again!

Flawless experience. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The rooms are spacious and clean. The whole compound has a very loving and chill vibe. Not to mention the location right in the very centre of Lamai. I was very happy with my stay and i would rebook it again. Oh one thing tho. Due to the hotel being very central in Lamai you do have some background noises of the bars in the night. If you have a very light sleep this might be a problem. For me personally this was absolutely fine and i didn't care about it at all. But some people are very strict about that. ;) Personally I'd say 10/10.

Well maintained resort with clean pool and nice staff. Inside with trees and flowers everywhere, birds singing creates nice atmosphere. Rooms are nice, especially bathroom. Not sure why fridge is located basically inside bathroom/toilet though. Could use some better tv as the one in room is old and rather small. Breakfasts are as buffet with optional order from a menu. Menu consists mostly of egg stuff and some Thai food.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
