Great place in a good location. Everything was clean, the apartment smells nicely and has no mold. The bed is very comfortable. We’ve booked the smallest apartment but it was just enough for 2 people for 3 nights. Thanks to the very high ceiling the room seems to be bigger :) The only problem for us was a temperature- in December, on the first floor you need to use air conditioning almost all the time in order to stay warm. We dis not want to sleep with it and were a bit cold in the night.

I stayed here for 2 nights The host was very friendly when checking in. She also recommended that I park on the street next to the hotel as it is free as long as it is safe. But a robber broke the window of my rental car while it was parked at night. There were a lot of drunk people shouting loudly in the bar next to the hotel, and there were also a lot of bad-looking people walking around on the street. The area is a dangerous area. everyone be careful

Our Pause apartment was the perfect home base to use for exploring Porto. Located only a ten-minute walk (albeit uphill) from the Campanha train station, it was the perfect size , very modern in an old building, and very quiet and comfortable. We stayed for four nights, visiting all the major sights around the old town. Most everything is within a half hour walk or you can hop on the Metro or take a bus to all the attractions. The neighborhood is filled with restaurants and bakeries and there is a Lidl right around the corner. Marina, our host, was very knowledgeable and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.

We walked to the apartment from the 24 August metro station. It is about 7-8 min away. At first we wondered how it would be as the building looks really old. But inside it is very modern and clean. The woman at the reception was very kind and suggested us a ton of places to eat around. They upgraded us to a bigger room with a garden. The house itself is amazing, very spacious and included everything you may need to cook. I somehow didn't find a microwave though. Perfect if you come with a family and want to live in an apartment setting.

We stayed there for 2 nights. We arrived early so the hostess offered us another lovely appartment without extra fee. The service was impeccable. Would definitely recommend!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
