Clean, neat and pleasant place to stay. Some water/stains on sofa from previous guests but it doesn’t spoil the comfort of your stay. They provide an arista coffee machine, washing machine, fridge-freezer and ample kitchen & living room areas. Counter staff and security guards are friendly and communicate well. Upon taking your cash deposit, they caution you in advance for what Not To Do so take note especially those using the swimming pool (please change into dry clothes and shoes before going into the lifts). Pool is at level 10. There’s a spacious yoga/dance studio and gym at level 11. There’s Food Merchant, a premium and well air-conditioned supermarket at the Ground level. There’s also an Oyster stall outside the supermarket that serves oyster dishes. It’s easy to take a Grab ride/taxi from that area. Wouldn’t mind staying here again. The suite is suitable for a family/group.

Nicely sized room, unfortunately due to their policy of having no housekeeping after 7pm. you are left to fend for yourself with a very unhelpful service staff. This completely marred our experience as we had the smoke detector continuously beeping in one of the bedrooms, making the room unusable due to the noise it generated. As there were no emergency housekeeping on standby, we simply could not use the room for the night. Great price deal, but please hope that such incidents don’t happen to you as they won’t be able to offer any solutions at all.

Very spacious unit with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Spacious living area with great views and a tv that comes with Netflix and free wifi. Huge dining table and nice kitchen area. Bathroom in the master had a little smell, thankfully there's a window to clear out the odour. Overhead shower in the master had good pressure. Beds were firm. Ample pillows provide. 1 round towels provided. Air con in the living is super cold. Very nice classy place with high speed lifts. Check in was pretty fast. The person was polite and informative to inform of the do's and dont's of the condo. The downside is the unit we had, the carpark was at level 9, so everytime we want to go out, it took us about 5 minutes to drive down to the main road. Nice medium sized supermarket on the ground floor to get some essentials like water, snacks, toiletries, food etc. Near KLCC. Overall an enjoyable stay, great value, recommended for groups/ small families and would come back.

This hotel is the WORST hotel I ever stay. First of all, there is no house keeping service between 9am to 7pm. They will NEVET clean the room after your check in. They will find excuses to take your deposit. There are many stains on the sofa and the floor. There were many ANTS on the beds !!! The hotel staffs won't allow you to wait for grab at the hotel lobby after you check out. They are so rude!!! They will tell you immediately after you check out: "you are not a hotel guest anymore, then you can't stay in the hotel lobby area. You need to leave the hotel now." I am speechless about how rude they treat their hotel guests. Dont stay in this hotel. It will ruin your holiday trip.

Convenience Spacious unit with Netflix, AppleTV, Comfortable sofa, and huge dining table For improvement Bathtub without safety rail, no rubber matt No Table cloth Lack of towel hanging rack or hanging hook in toilet Smell toilet, lack of ventilation Bedside no light control. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
