The staff were all so lovely and polite. Very good stay even. Though we spent alot of time out of the hotel. Took a few late night dips and there was no issue which was good.

Terrible hotel. It is in a poor state in general and dangerous. I do not understand how the hotel has recent high rated reviews. We stayed in a villa which was in desperate need of refurbishment. All outdoor furniture mouldy. Outside wall falling down. Parts actually fell off while we were there. The pool is also in a bad state.

I would like to highlight the current challenges that many hotels and resorts are facing as they navigate the post-Covid era. Blossom Resort, while also impacted, has gone the extra mile to ensure a delightful experience for its guests. Our recent stay at the resort's Villa showcased their dedication to making every moment enjoyable. The attention to service was evident, with constant maintenance of the Villa and a willingness to patiently accommodate us during our excursions. The Villa's amenities exceeded our expectations, adding to the overall comfort of our stay. It felt like each day was a fresh start, reminiscent of the excitement we felt when initially booking our stay. Amidst this wonderful experience, I must extend my gratitude to a standout staff member, Mr. Suti Montrirath (Ton). His unwavering commitment to fulfilling our requests, even the more demanding ones, truly stood out. Mr. Ton's dedication goes above and beyond, and Blossom Resort is undoubtedly fortunate to have him as part of their team. Our stay at Blossom Resort was not only pleasurable but also paves the way for a potential return in the upcoming year. Our stay at Peach Blossom was wonderful. The resort is very beautiful and peaceful. The rooms are quite spacious, clean, and comfortable, having great view of the beach. The staff are all great! They go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. The manager Khun Viparat was extremely accommodating and arranged a special buggy ride for my old parents late night. So this was a big plus! The receptionist Nutty was also very helpful.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
