I stayed at Pearl City hotel for 2 nights with 3 beds AC. It was very nice place to stay for you. The beds and lights system gave luxury look. It had hot water, normal water and also hair dryer. It has nice fridge and cupboard. Important things is, Very friendly customer service and their staffs. There are restaurants, keels, and also other Important places near to Pearl city. Additionally, fast and free wifi. Overall Great experience. Thank you.

Nice place, more importantly friendly staff who made my stay pleasant. Definitely there is room for improvement in terms of tidiness, food and providing amenities (i had to call reception and ask for towels, water and coffee sachets), but this is not a big worry for me as they sorted things in few minutes. I love this place and definitely my first choice for the next visit to Colombo. The place is close to good restaurants and grocery stores, and has parking as well.

Stayed in a Deluxe Room. The room was quite good compared to the price. Good cooling from centralized air conditioning. They also have a restaurant open from 6 am to midnight. The Wi-Fi speed was good. The only con was that the mug hadn't been cleaned properly from its previous use.

Good place to stay near Colombo area. Small rooms but clean, enough space and facilities as well. Supportive staff and main thing you have parking facilities here.

Very Clean and well maintained rooms. With all the facilities needed. Its just next to main road and all the shopping malls are near by, if anyone wants to go for shopping. But the rooms are small but comfortable. Good choice for a short stay. The restaurant in the hotel is also good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
