The most budget friendly stay, the staff were kind and courteous, the service was alright, the rooms themselves weren’t bad for the price you pay and the in house restaurants offer a variety of dishes for your palette. Located close to the Deira Clocktower which is a plus and the venue is easily accessible via public transport and has great walkability. The only reason I’m giving it a 3 star is because of the once in a while special appearance by cockroaches which I noticed, which was a let down despite their cleaning services being decent. If you are ever in this area, consider giving this establishment a chance taking into considerations the pros and cons.

If you like to feel like a rat this is your hotel, cockroaches everywhere (even in the food), sleeping in the floor or the sofa, don’t serve nor attend you on reception, book your room to other guests while you are still in there and force you to change rooms,… They had us 8 days whitout a washing machine while we were here working, forcing us to work with dirty clothes in a 58 degrees celsius temperature… You can imagine how stinky it was… We won’t come back ever!!

Location wise no one can beat Pearl executive. proper Indian and Pakistani food avb in breakfast. Value for money hotel location wise. pocket friendly :-). Staff is good. In case of online booking through agent , make sure n confirm for your booking with hotel before visit n before your travel starts. So, you can get timely check-in.

Me and my friends were quite disappointed overall. The room we got it was small. There were bedbugs walking around we had to kill them most of the days,bed was old and have a bad smell.One of the worst aspect the WiFi and telephone is not working we ask already the reception that we need a good WiFi early in the morning because one of my friend have important event via zoom,the receptionist staff in that morning was so arrogant, he didn't helped us to fix our concerns. There were no door hotel signs on any room.But surely this cannot be considered a 4 stars hotel in my opinion comparing to others

I want to give stars in Negative. Worst hotel I have seen in my life. 🪳 Cockroaches everywhere in the room. You will get wifi connective only at corridor no wifi connection in room. Want to make you Dubai trip worse like hell book this hotel. They are sitting there to look money and fool people.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
