Very friendly staff. We received a room even though we had no reservation and that with no additional cost. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room is really great - for this price we couldn't want more. it exceeded our expectations. We are overall very pleased with our experience. We had a little problem with our fridge and were even offered another room because of a small inconvenience. We kindly recommend you visit!

Not a 4* hotel standards, 3* at best. Heater malfunction, room at 26° even with window open in the winter. They did change the room after complaint but this should be noted and the room should not be attributed to a customer before it is fixed. Very limited room service. Poor interior design. Localisation not optimal. Noisy street outside with lots of cars and busses passing by. Despite that the receptionist is kind and welcoming.

The Hotel is okay at first glance but they don't really clean the room every well. Blood filled napkin behind my pillow when I arrived. They didn't change our sheets during a 5 day stay. Didn't replace the coffee daily, or the dirty cups. The staff were nice enough it's just he cleaning that lets this place down to be honest. Location is okay 8 minutes walk to the local tram spot. These teams take about 15-25 minutes to get anywhere worth going such as the alt statt etc. Wouldn't stay here again.

Nice hotel for a short stay. 15 min away from FRA airport. Parking is a bit overpriced (20 €), especially considering that the parking garage is not the best. Check in process was very quick and the staff was nice. They don’t have a restaurant on-site but there are many options around if you want to order delivery.

The breakfast was to expensive for what they offer. Bad quality food. Our room was dirty. The tv was like from 2007 and it didnt even work! I can’t recommend this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
