A great place to stay. Good facilities, good service. The room is cleaned every day and towels are changed. Breakfast is well served, but you need to pay extra.

They renovated and the inside looked super new and modern. I knew the hotel has been here a long time but they still keep the standard high. Room is perfect for a couple of nights stay, elevator and all amenities are there. Bathroom and bedroom are clean. All sheets and towel are spotless. A tad noise from corridor but that doesn’t bother me much. Staffs definitely have been here forever. They know what they are doing and super lovely. Giving nice suggestions on food and very helpful with questions and in-house services. I was there for a convention so did experience on the catering side. Awesome and friendly staffs. Definitely recommended!! Walkable to Limelight Avenue, where all the shops and stuff are. And it’s an easy walk from the bus station if you take one from the airport. Will come back when I have the chance to stay in old town Phuket!

Decent sized suites and a big bathroom with shower and bath tub and separate living room with a toilet in both rooms. Very clean and tidy. Good sized swimming pool and courtyard. The staff were very friendly and hospitable. Excellent customer service all round. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in Old Phuket Town

Generally, the staff was friendly, and the room was very clean, but I wasn't happy with how they solved customer's problems. I stayed here for 2 different days because I had a trip to the islands. Everything was fine on the first day til I came back to stay for another night. The blanket wasn't even stitched together, and i asked for the new one because that didn't happen on the first day. They told me that they didn't have a new blanket for me. So I just let it go to called it a day. I wish the service was a little better.

Best part of this hotel is location. Rooms are quite small for family, but for solo traveller its enoug. Service is also okay, had a little bit of cleaning issues, but it was tolerated. Price and quality kof is perfect. The security guard on the entrance is very helpful. Thank you very much!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
