Small room window facing a white wall. Our ro was not cleaned (before end of cleaning service). Don't use VPNs when connecting to WiFi or redirect will not show up. Not bad to go akihabara, but public transport is almost 1k away.

We are staying in a twin room for three people. Enough space for three suitcases and there is a closet to hang clothes. Good value, nice courteous hotel staff. Location is great, just outside Ryogoku station.

Pros: - Accessible to train station, taxi stand, convenience stores, restaurants and walkable to sumo match venues and other tourist spots nearby. - Place is secure and quiet, with 24hrs front desk. - Affordable clean rooms, with bathroom shower, bath tub, toiletries, electric kettle, tv, ac/heater. - Public laundry room and smoking area. - Nice city view from the room. - Meal included depends on your booking. - Accomodating and friendly staffs. Cons: - The only thing is that our room was small, about approx. 15-20sqm with 2 single beds for me and my hubby. Not enough space if you carry big luggages and you want to arrange your stuffs.

Nice choice if you are looking for a cheap stay near Akihabara. It's just one train stop from Akihabara station, if you don't mind taking connecting trains from Yamanote line. There's also plenty of food choices near the hotel, like Family Mart, Matsuya, Pepper Lunch, even McDonalds. The staff barely speaks English though although it does not create any barrier, just something to note. The room was okay, a standard for Japanese business hotel. The hotel itself is quite old though so nothing fancy. Would consider giving a visit again if I want to base myself in Akihabara.

Had been there just before COVID-19 pandemic in January-2020. Very helpful stuff. I availed the message facility but that was not quite good enough. Overall experience was pretty good. Breakfast had plenty of options. It seemed they are used to handle multiple nationalities as their guests in any given time. Most importantly it’s located very close to train station.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
