We spent a long time looking for a hotel that was the right balance between budget, location and quality. We are so glad we picked this one. The location is great, plenty of breakfast choice, the view of the marina is stunning and the rooms were comfortable and spacious (although could do with a bit of a update). For the price this was a real bargain compared to most others in the area. Pool is a little on the small side and the sun is blocked by surrounding buildings, but still fine to relax by for a few hours. Overall very pleased with our stay 👍

The most special thing about the Pearl Marina Hotel Apartment is the view from here. The view from here is the view of the Marina Lake, which looks very attractive both from the room & from outside. Along with the view, the special thing here is that you will find everything nearby like Beach, cafe, restaurants, supermarkets, metro & tram. If you are a walker like me, & if you love to walk in morning & evenings then this hotel is the best for you as there is a lovely walking area outside the hotel where you can take a lovely walk on the side with a view of the marina lake. Highly Recommended

The location of the hotel is good with a wonderful view, but when we booked, the photos of the rooms shown on the net were in the kitchen area with a washing machine, which our room did not have, so the price was not fair, the staff were good, but in the restaurant area at breakfast time, really It was not like this and they are completely aware of how much you take! I have never seen anything like this anywhere, of course, imperceptibly! And a little too hasty in taking the dishes away from you quickly... We were not comfortable spending so much, but during the breakfast part, I think a Filipino gentleman was looking at what we were taking and how much! And when we asked for a tool to open the bottle cap, they said they don't have any! It was not nice at all to be taxed at the time of arrival because it was booked about a month before and the fee had been paid. We also told the crew responsible for cleaning once that there is no need for cleaning and only give the daily necessities... they are hard. Was! And we had to say one by one...tea,...water...sugar...shampoo...please! You spend the same price and even more than European hotels, but unfortunately it is not comparable due to the reasons mentioned. Finally, we are grateful to some of the managers of this hotel, especially to the gentleman who guided us to the room and on the last day, a gentleman took a taxi for us.

Hotel is 15 minutes away on foot to the beach. It offers free beach transfer twice a day. If you’re going to take half board please mind that for lunch they don’t offer open buffet but you just have to choose one set of food. Dinner options aren’t varied as well. For the price they have to make options and quality of food better. The pool is small and cold so it’s better that they heat the water a little.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
