**Great Room, Lovely Housekeeping, Concierge Could Use Help** We stayed in a big corner room perfect for our family of three. It was clean and spacious. The housekeeping team was amazing, making cute towel sculptures that my daughter loved. Big thanks to them! The concierge service, though, seemed a bit stretched thin. They were always busy handling everything alone - luggage, info, you name it. Felt a bit for them, honestly. They were trying hard but could use more hands on deck. Overall, a nice stay with standout moments from the housekeeping crew!

The good: 1. great, convenient location. 2. Zero hassle hotel. Everything is close together. 3. Big and quiet rooms. Comfy bed. 4. Sumptuous breakfast. 5. Kind staff 6. Well priced The not so good: 1. valet guys forgot to put my luggage in the car when I left. I was 30km away before they realised it and called me to come back. 2. Shower floor tiles are super slippery. It's an accident just waiting to happen. 3. The waiter didn't ask for my room number when I went to have the breakfast. Literally anyone could have walked in there and have a free one.

Wanted to thank the lady with golden, short hair. Sorry that I didn't get the name. This hotel provides the best experience even from a 5 star hotel can learn from. The lady was making sure with the concierge that knows about the pickup area for the Emirate buses to the Dubai airport, providing solutions for my online booking discrepancy and makes me feel so surprised at the service of a 4 star hotel. Love rotana because of this. The room is big and has a great view, very comfortable and perfect for business trip. Location is of course just walking distance to the exhibition and no lack of taxis even at night. At the lounge they serve good decent coffee too for meetings. The gym is decent and on the top floor. I will certainly return to this hotel if I'm back, around the area.

We love the service and family friendly atmosphere, Mateo was awesome helped us switch to a room with a bigger couch upon our request so ensure our preferences. First Lady we met at check in also helped us add breakfast to our room rate at a special discount. Simply amazingly amazing! 😊

Great hotel overall, kind and accommodating staff, very clean, specious and well maintained rooms. Only negative would be the mattresses, it was incredibly firm/hard to the extent that I had a sore back for a few days after I left the hotel. As great as this hotel is, I would not return for the sole reason of how uncomfortable the mattresses are.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
