The rooms are not clean. The staff are not polite. The refrigerator in the room does not freeze at all. Breakfast is suitable for Indians and not all. The pool has specific hours from 8 to 5 in the evening and the water is not hot. Jacuzzi and sauna are off. In general, this hotel should have 3 stars

Had checked in to room 510, 616 and 514 rooms for a get together with friends and family. Staffs were very supportive and assisted us with all the requirements. Rooms were neat and tidy. Mr Vikas from house keeping department was exceptional and always available to us in a call

I have very mixed feelings. Some of the staff are really nice and try to do well. Overall, the rooms aren't good. Not clean enough. The management seems really bad. The first day I came here there was nothing in my room, no towels, no nothing, until I requested room service. There is no specific time for room service and they might wake you up at any time for that. One time they called my room at 1AM for getting the laundry. The way staff knock on the door many times instead of using the bell might make you feel like you need to rush. After a few days the lock on the door to my room had low battery, had to wait 20 minutes for someone to come check it out. After nearly half an hour and 3 different people seeing it someone managed to fix it in another half an hour. I say fix but it wasn't really "fixed", had to change the room. This one has no international outlets, there is only a single one on the bed, and another one near the window. Pretty much useless if I hadn't bought an extension cord before. I don't recommend this place for anything, might be tolerable for a couple of nights if you have no other choice I didn't pick the hotel, otherwise looking at the reviews I would have never even came near this place. The only decent thing about it is the location, but there are so many other hotels nearby. Also, the hotel's internet absolutely sucks, it's slow, and disconnects a few times a day. I don't know much about other hotels but the laundry and food were overpriced.

The rooms are well equipped and comfortable, good house keeping and nice gym and pool on roof, breakfast is good but not in a very good location, but cheap and comfortable base to explore Dubai

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
