Our studio room was beautifully presented, spotless, peaceful and provided all we needed. Good bed, pillows, seating... The bathroom handbasin didn't drain well but everything else was spot on. Staff were unbeatable. Managed an early checkin and generous 11am checkout with grace, much appreciated. We'll be sure to stay for longer next time, use the pool and charming dining on offer. Thomas was FANTASTIC, looked after us extremely well, excellent customer service. Great room, the BEST night sleep due to the magnificent bed! Great spa. Yummy buffet breakfast, great value. Only downer, the room looked directly into student accommodation. 100% will be staying there again!! Thanks Thomas!!

Bit bummed about our view and quality of the room. No bikkies provided, but they did provide dental kits and shaving kits and other toiletries. Personally I like fewer items offered, but better quality. The best was amazing. I also like that different height pillows are offered. Brekky downstairs is worth the visit!!! Very friendly and helpful staff

Unfortunately we won’t be staying here again as the bed was devotedly past its use by as the springs in the centre of the bed had gone causing very bad nights sleep for 5 nights! I love my partner just don’t need to be sleeping on top of him! The staff were friendly and helpful which was nice. It was also really noisy! Could hear all the traffic noises from below and there was also a mechanical store room right next to our room which was so loud! The aircon has a mind of its own also

Stayed x4 nights! Great central location, lovely, friendly staff who provide amazing room service daily! Nice indoor pool and basic gym. Buffet breakfast was sensational. I was the last to use the pancake machine before it 'stopped working' and without a word, the chef made and brought me over some pancakes!! Thank you!!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
