        Most incredible location, overlooking the Caldera. Staff are incredibly attentive, welcoming and friendly. John and Daniel of the waiting staff were particularly helpful. We had a honeymoon suite with a plunge pool for one night which was beautiful.

        The hotel has a beautiful view of the ocean and the staff are great, but I do not believe this is a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately, there were several issues with our first room that the management didn’t seem to think was a big deal. We ended up switching rooms and never received an apology for the inconvenience of having to switch rooms or for putting us in a disgusting room to begin with. Although the gesture was nice, we were put in an upgraded room when we arrived and didn’t realize until several hours later. None of the staff said a single word about the upgrade until we brought our concerns to management. The real issue was the fact that the upgraded room was disgusting. o Ants in the bed even after we had them come to spray and change the sheets from the initial ants that we found on our pillows. o There is an obvious smell in the room and we’re assuming it’s coming from the jacuzzi in the room that hasn’t been deep cleaned in a while and the high humidity in the room. o The AC units are dusty although the staff claimed that the room had been dusted, cleaned and checked before guests arrived. o The showers have bacteria build up on the tile/stone. My wife and I wore flip flops due to this build up. o The jacuzzi is the biggest issue in this room. Around all of the jets, lights and skimmers there is slime-like matter and yellowing covering them. The skimmers are also partly black and seem to have not been replaced in a while. o Around the toilet was gross and could have been cleaned better. o The round bed was extremely hard and had a thin layer of padding that didn’t do much. We stated our concerns/ issues with the management and they disagree that the room has any of these issues although the pictures clearly show everything stated and more. We also couldn’t actually speak to a manager in person. In fact, we were told there was no management even on the island which seems absurd for the summer season. There is one person in charge of the facility with no layers of management and we had to go back and forth with someone hiding behind email.

        This was by far our favourite stay in all of Europe, we wish we stayed longer. The breakfast staff, the reception staff, the cleaners, everyone was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed and more. The private spas and balconies are amazing, we ended up having dinner from the balcony every night to catch the sunset (this is the best part!). Breakfast has everything you could think of and the chef makes a few fun things as well! The shared pool and bar is great and do the best cocktails! And the massage was 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽 We were glad we stayed in this area as Thira and Oia were over crowded. Can’t wait to come back 😊

        This hotel is an absolute gem! You must visit the cave suites, each with their own jacuzzi or even infinity pool! However, even the smallest suite is spacious and feels like a Cycladic cave - there is a beautiful central pool and car available to all guests. The buffet style breakfasts were amazing; and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly. No beach access from hotel but a quick ride to Fira’s amenities, from currency exchanges to restaurants, shopping and night life. Cleanest hotel all around; peaceful, feels more remote than it is and breathes like paradise.

        Just wow...We have spent many a time in Greece and I have to say this is by far the best stay we have had. The view the room and the service ( Thankyou so much Yiannis you are exceptional) are second to none. From chocolate mousse and champagne for breakfast ( the breakfast is amazing) to rooms and views beyond our expectations we loved every moment of our stay..we did not want to leave...Thankyou guys xxx

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
