Maybe for the island this is a good resort, but for having 5 stars, it lacks in multiple areas. Rooms are not that clean, I don't think they mop the floors ever. The bathroom had stains on the mirrors, shower and floor. If you don't get a second card for your room and leave the AC on while you are out, you will have a bad time. You can also hear everything from outside and depending on chalet position, you will also have the morning prayer from the nearby mosque, in your room. Also there are some packs of dogs that roam around, as far as we encountered they are not violent, but it's something to consider. Breakfast is average, nothing great, nothing bad, except the coffee that sometimes is good, sometimes bad. Don't know what happends there. The good things are the location and amenities. For a 5 star resort it can do better and it's not one I can recommend.

What an amazing hotel !! We had a stunning first floor room with a view of the sandy beach . All the staff were incredibly friendly and efficient. We didn't eat dinner in the hotel but the food at breakfast was good. It's only a short walk to the local shops and a good selection of restaurants so it's very well situated. We always felt safe walking about at nighttime either on the street or the beach . We would definitely stay there again .

I’ve stayed here last month for our holiday. We really needed a get away and healing sites, this hotel did exactly that! The beach is clean and beautiful especially during tie dye you can have much more fun there as u can go find some big clams to feast on them later on. During the night the beach is very quiet, perfect for night beach walks for couples! The staffs was so nice to us! Always smiling and greet us with gratitude which makes us feel more welcomed there. Our room is clean and calming with beach waves sounds located at the sea view site. Although there’s renovation on the other pool but it didn't bother us at all plus the staff did informed us during checkin about the renovation. So far, I have no issues with this hotel resort 5/5, we enjoyed and satisfied with every single day of our stay here for sure will come back again when we need more get aways!

It's an absolutely gorgeous hotel at the beach. They have two breakfast,.one American spread and one Asian. American is amazing! The room is big and ha sa sea view. Sand at the beach is so soft and loved the quietness of this place. Christmas eve 🎄 was special ! Pool is absolutely incredible. Scope of improvement could be Reception team...they are not friendly at all. And check in took very long although we reached at 6 pm.

Indeed, a great resort at a good spot. Love the traditional style design on the exterior and modern interior design. Booked a garden view but was lucky enough to get partial garden and lake view. Staff are very well spoken and the service once reach there was 10:10. Food was great as well. Just a perfect paradise to relax your mind & soul. Lastly, worth every penny & looking forward to come again.
