Fantastic Boutique Hotel and to be honest it’s the nicest place that I’ve stayed in, in Nepal on all of my 4 visits to Nepal. I’ve just spent 5months in Nepal on my recent trip so one can only imagine how many places lve stayed I tho arriving here after a huge trek was refreshing, welcoming,fresh and just a real pleasure. Easy check in after a 14hr day. I ordered room service and beers and everything was so tasty and the beer cold. Prompt service, happy service and a very clean Hotel. Beds & pillows are amazingly comfortable, hot water on demand. Fantastic fantastic fantastic in every way. Thank you to all the staff.

Location was great, just a few minutes walk to the stupa. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Great starting point before or after your trekking or visiting other parts of Nepal. Great value for money, it had all I needed and I loved to come back a few times during my stay.

This is the best hotel I have stayed in Kathmandu, cozy, quiet and peaceful. This is supposed to be the place to stay. I was so lucky had viewed sunrise and sunset from the room. Food is definitely amazing. I wish I could have tried everything on menu. Surprisingly nice. I will certainly choose Pema Boutique if I will visit Nepal again. Thanks for staff here that made my last impression about Kathmandu to another level.

Fantastic stay . Clean , friendly, and all the amenities was superb comfortable bed and good hot water in the bathroom. The restaurant at the lobby provides good range of food from local to basic western in a cozy setting very relaxing. Big helpings. Walking distance to Boudhanath stupa and shopping. Very good for exploring city adventure and culture of Nepal . Definitely my choice for staying there again

Amazing and lovely place!! They have absolutely everything in the hotel, restaurant and room....., toiletries... even slippers in the room!! They should 4 stars Al least. Coming back in a few weeks.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
