Stayed here for one night as I came from London to Boiler room with a friend. Cheap room, all the things you could need/want. Fridge freezer cooker utensils pots cups plates etc. Super clean. Bathroom was clean and everything in the room worked perfectly. Bed was comfy!Really big room for the price, was like a mini apartment. Was close to where we needed to go, and the man at reception was super friendly. Would stay again :)

In Liverpool for weekend to watch the football & booked the day before, selected mainly due to price. Arranged for a late-check in, was emailed a comprehensive set of instructions on how to get the key to the room. The apartments are a 10-minute walk away from Lime Street station with plenty of bus stops outside. Plenty of shops nearby should you require provisions & an easy walk into the city centre. The room itself was well laid out & came with large bed, a kitchenette (hob, over, microwave & fridge/freezer - although didn't use), sofa & a bathroom with a good shower. Will definitely use again when next in the city.

Brilliant, the reception was very friendly. I stayed in a freshly launched apartment for one year in Liverpool, just a block across. I have also lived in united students accommodation in Manchester and Coventry for short stay. This is definitely the largest apartment with the best facilities. Because cooking utensils and even an iron, iron stand and fan are provided.

Last minute booking never heard of this place. Arrived after 7pm for check-in, very tired, no staff in reception. Called the number many times no one was picking up. Online travel agent had to cancel my booking as they were not able to contact the hotel from their end. Not received any email instructions from Pembroke Studios as well. Avoid the hassle, choose a reputable accommodation instead.

What a beautiful well looked after, comfortable place to stay. A 10min walk from lime Street station. Damien is so helpful and friendly. Really can't find any fault with the place

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
