Pleasant, cozy and interesting hotel, central located incl. the parking possibilities. The only minus was the breakfast, which in my opinion did not meet the 4* requirements. Even though I reserved a room under specific conditions, the whole team tried to help me with a possible change of reservation (which I was not entitled to according to the conditions), special thanks to Mr. Daniel Nürnberger.

Overall, I would stay somewhere else if I were to visit Dresden again. The hotel's service was lacking. There was no shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in my room. I asked at the front desk if they had any. The bespectacled receptionist opened a drawer under the desk and gave me shampoo and body lotion and said, "We have no conditioner and body soap. Is it okay?" It wasn't, so I asked if she could ask the cleaning staff. She called but told me they didn't have any, either. I stayed there for two nights without conditioner and body soap. They didn't even try to bring them to me later, which I found very odd. Not that those things were absolutely necessary, but it was nevertheless inconvenient not to have them. Update: having read the hotel's response below, I will certainly not stay there again. 1) there was a bottle of soap on the sink countertop, which was outside the shower. In other words, the guests have to figure out that they have to carry the soap on the sink countertop to the shower every time they take a shower. 2) considering that this is a rather unusual policy (and frankly, I think they should have a separate bottle of soap/shampoo in the shower), I assume they occasionally have confused guests who ask the same question. The front desk could have told me that I needed to take the soap on the sink countertop to the shower, but no. That is clearly too much to ask. 3) the front desk actually did NOT have any conditioner & body soap. And the problem is not really about not having conditioner & body soap. It was about their lack of interest in trying to find them or explaining that I was supposed to use the bottle on the sink countertop. 4) I actually did ask for dining recommendations at the front desk. I was recommended the substandard sushi restaurant and a German restaurant in the neighborhood (about ten minutes on foot). I'd say this is pretty limited.

Peck Hotel in Dresden presents a unique and distinctive style that sets it apart. The overall experience is commendable, and the pricing is reasonable, striking a balance between quality and cost. The highlight is undoubtedly the breakfast, which offers exceptional value for its price, exceeding expectations. While the room style leans towards the outdated side, providing a touch of nostalgia, the paintings in the room might not appeal to everyone's taste.

Spent a couple of nights here on business. It's a nice enough place,... but some of the facilities are more style over substance,... eg. the table is fixed to the cupboard door, so the whole table is wheeled out when you want to get into the cupboard... if the kettle is plugged in, you need to unplug it or there's an accident waiting to happen, and the bedside table is almost non existent. The funky bathroom is also impractical. Shower is great, but towel rails hidden behind shower door, no rack for shower gel/soap,... plug removed from freestanding wash basin. There's a kettle in the room for tea and coffee (which you don't get in many German hotels), but no fridge. The hotel was nice and quiet (for a business/ conference hotel), so slept well. All in all, I prefer my business stays to be "forgettable",... meaning so boringly quiet and convenient, that one can't even remember where one stayed. This hotel wasn't one of them.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
