Beautiful hotel in a building with rich history. The refurbishment was really well done. The rooms are large and well appointed. The service was wonderful. We didn’t dine in any of the restaurant but did order in-room dining for breakfast. Everything we ordered was good. Definitely a place we would stay at again.

We stayed at the Pendry in the corner tower suite and it was amazing! The location is great, so close to everything. The service is also amazing they were very prompt with any of our needs. And the suite was really nice with awesome views of Michigan ave! Highly recommend

Hotel lobby is gorgeous and inviting for all the senses (their candle scent which is available for purchase is divine). Location is convenient but please note you may want to request a higher floor if you are on the Michigan Avenue if you are a light sleeper. The room itself is clean and inviting. Only item that perhaps was lacking was a larger TV that accommodated casting. The bathroom comes with an enjoyable shower complimented by scrumptious smelling soaps, lotions and potions… both my husband and I enjoyed those. Please allow yourself a few extra minutes when utilizing the elevator….as expected with the charm of any older building, service may take a bit longer. Finally, we contacted the hotel to express a couple of minor disappointments during to it being my birthday weekend and the operations manager, Nick, reached out promptly to gain insight into the situation. His commitment to his hotel guests is evident and they are lucky to have him as a brand ambassador. We very much look forward to a future stay at The Pendry Chicago.

Upon arrival, there was a line of guests at the front desk, and I thought I'd get a quick and dismissive check-in once my turn came. However, to my surprise, the front desk was SUPER nice and made me feel very welcome and worth their while. They even acknowledged my booking with American Express and thoroughly explained all the benefits/hotel credits that I received, which even included a room upgrade! My room was fresh and clean, and housekeeping came by every day I was there, which was great. The location is 10/10; everyone complains about the noise, but the hustle and bustle are music to my ears. The Pendry offered an exceptional stay!

This review is long overdue, but as my husband and I reflect on our favorite memories from 2023 Pendry Chicago was the first thing to come to mind. From the moment we were greeted to the moment we left, we experienced top notch hospitality. The room had every amenity we could dream of, with special touches such as a complimentary spiked refreshment. I would like to give a special thank you to Perry. He provided PHENOMENAL service at the end of our stay and we could not be more thankful for his help. Our niece was ecstatic with the stuffed animals you graciously gifted! There is no doubt we will stay at Pendry Chicago the next time we visit!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
